The Flower Of Veneration Chapter 1 is a south-korean comic novel about an inexperienced princess Cycylia whose father ILLYD ZI SARYAN, the duke of the kingdom gets murdered by the family’s enemy. The young lady Cycylia faces challenges of handling and administering the kingdom as the duke in the presence of the traitors in the kingdom.

The protagonist princess is shown very fearless and bold in every move from walking to talking, decisions to combat. She is an expert swordsman with extraordinary abilities like unmatched skill in swordsmanship and korean martial arts. She has two friends from her royal family Chris and Sophie. Both Sophie and Chris are also trained fighters with expertise in martial arts and swordsmanship.

The story takes you to the world of ancient Korean kings dynasties where politics, sword fights and magic were main weapons and business. We read about Cycylia’s journey of self-discovery as she learns to lead as the duke of the empire in the presence of hidden traitors and corrupt leaders. We also read how the badass princess uncovers the malicious crime story of her father’s assassination. We get to see the Cycylia’s chase for justice with the responsibility of rulership.

The partnership and friendship of Cycylia, Chris, and Sophie is a treat to read as they are all inexperienced, but skilled and intelligent fighter youngsters. Amongst them Chris has shown very smart and brave, who does not think twice while speaking the right in the middle of opposition. Both her friends stand by her side throughout the story and the story gets very amazing as we read further about the enemies and how these youth souls face them.

Yuki Tabata has written this beautiful comic series. The Flower in the comic represents a holy ceremony in which village’s people honor the dead royals with flowers. It is somewhat a spiritual custom. The princess possesses a special type of flower that she got from her late father that can provide the wielder with supernatural attributes and extraordinary magical abilities.
